The Lycée Français de New York is pleased to announce its 19th annual Gala, to be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018, at the American Museum of Natural History. We are proud to honor Angélique Kidjo, a three-time Grammy Award winning singer and songwriter and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, with the Charles de Ferry de Fontnouvelle Award.

A fearless collaborator of great artistry and social conscience, Ms. Kidjo has spent her career crossing borders and boundaries to create music with renowned artists across styles and continents. Her willingness to take artistic risks, and her belief in the power of music to bring people together embody the Lycée Gala 2018 theme, “Culture et Courage: Fearless Curiosity.”
